Firstly, happy Mothers MONTH to all my mamas out there. I decided we need a month, not just a day, so, we get the whole month!
Secondly, this podcast is dedicated to YOU. I asked Jenn, one of our BCC trainers and mother of two littles to join me this episode to share with you tips and strategies to put YOU first. I know that sounds like an oxymoron, put you before kids, spouse, job, parents, but it is the truth. If you don’t fill you up, how are you going to fill others up? You CAN’T!
Thirdly, I’ve been mommin’ for almost 30 years and I am going to tell you this job is hard AF. Doesn’t matter if you have a spouse, doin’ it alone, steppin’, adoptin’, whatever. Hardest thing we will ever do.
