What do Kenny Rodgers and a treadmill have in common?
Do you remember that song, The Gambler?
...“You gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em!”
Ok, well, go google it. It’s a classic.
That was just my thought when I was playing a card game on the treadmill.
And since my workout tip and the song are so awesome, I wanted to share them both with you!
So watch the video above, grab a deck of cards, and launch into this new year with an awesome treadmill workout.
Below is how to play.
Flip a card over from the pile. The number on the card is the percent of incline to put on the treadmill.
Run or walk for 30 seconds at this incline. Recover for 15 seconds while you choose another card.
Repeat for set amount of time for the workout.
If you are just starting, play for 5-10 minutes. If you have been active, repeat for 20 minutes or more.
