2 Cups Spinach
1 Roma Tomatos
2 Cups Egg Whites
Salt (to taste)
1/2 Tsp Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
Lightly Grease a muffin tin.
Add Ingredients equally into the individual muffin tins. Place the spinach in the bottom of the cup, followed by the roma tomato. Then pour egg whites over the top. Finally, dash some salt and pepper on for taste.
