Any time you are trying to detox, put clean, whole, real foods into your body. Your body will take care of the rest. Can you guess what our fave examples of these kinds of foods are?
Yup, fruits and veggies.
They help give your body the vitamins and minerals you need, and they help with digestion.
We are going to share with you how to properly detox, while getting in your fruits and veggies, AND you can do this in less than 3 minutes in the morning.
Any guesses on what we are going to make?
We call it the Lean Green Smoothie!
Don’t freak out. Even though it is green, it still tastes DELISH. Promise ;)
Head on out to the grocery store, and round up these items:
Orange Juice
2 handfuls of spinach
Apple (whichever kind you prefer)
Pear
Pineapple
Banana
Ice
Take your fruits (apple, pear, pineapple, and banana) and chop them all up. Skinning them is optional.
Start by putting some orange juice in your blender.
Toss in your spinach.
Then toss in your fruits.
And finish with a little ice.
Blend it all up, and VOILA!
