Guess what?
I have a new smoothie recipe that tastes exactly like apple pie.
And I’m pretty sure you don’t believe me, but it’s true.
And it’s a quarter of the calories as a piece of apple pie.
And it’s has a full serving of a green leafy vegetable.
And it has a whole grain serving.
And it has a fruit serving.
And it has a sprinkle of calcium.
So go get these ingredients, fire up your blender, and make this apple pie smoothie.
It’s going to be a party in your mouth, woot!
Here are all the details:
Apple Pie in a Cup
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup Vanilla yogurt
2/3 Cup Apple sauce
1/4 Cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Almond milk
Optional - handful of spinach
Directions
Add Ingredients into your blender.
Optional: Put in a cup of ice after the ingredients if you like it a little more chilly.
Blend!
