10 Minute Ab Workout (For Any Level of Fitness!)

Is there more to an ab workout than just washboard abs?


Strengthening your abdominal muscles helps decrease and prevent back pain.

These muscles are also responsible for your posture and your form (think: how you walk, jog, or just move in general).

When you train them correctly, you will stand taller and have proper alignment.

SO, here's an ab workout that will do alllll that for you. You're welcome.

This 10-minute ab video focuses on stability and strengthening exercises.

I provide ways to modify each move based on your fitness level (from level 1 to level 3).

Check out the video above, do the exercises, and BOOM. You are closer to six pack abs, a strong support and lower back, and great posture. Hoo-Aah!
