Hey BCC peeps!
So many of you tell me you struggle with getting in protein.
To help, I made this awesome and delicious smoothie.
And before you click away, it is only 4 ingredients and you probably already have them all in your home!
Not to mention it tastes like an amazing dessert (sometimes I even make one just for dessert, it’s THAT good!).
And my kids LOVE it, too.
Enjoy!
Lors' Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
1 Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Frozen Yogurt
1 Cup Ice
(Optional: Banana)
Directions
Add Ingredients in the blender: frozen yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter, and crushed ice.
Blend until all ingredients have been mixed.
Pour into a glass.
Serve and Enjoy!
