How do you get your whole family involved in your workout?
How do you introduce a little family competition?
How do you have fun in your workout?
How about a friendly little game of cards, whaaat?!
This week on BCC TV, we are going to give you a workout that is fun with the whole family.
And all you need is a deck of cards (and your fam!)
Step 1 - grab your kids!
Step 2 - pull out a deck of cards from your junk drawer.
Step 3 - create a legend or a key (more deets below).
Step 4 - get your workout on while spending time with the fam!
Below is how to play.
And for a visual of how to play the game, make sure to check out the video above!
On a piece of paper, write the following:
Spade : Jumping Jacks
Diamond : Crunches
Club : Squat Thrust
Heart : Mermaids
The number on the card is how many reps you and your littles will perform.
Split the deck, and whoever finishes their pile first, wins!
Then, create another legend with the following stretches to finish off the workout!
Stretching card game:
Heart : Quad stretch
Club : Hamstring stretch
Diamond : Ab stretch
Spade : Back stretch
