TERESA LAIRD
Teresa Laird is the Baby Boomer Boot Camp Challenge® Program Director. Teresa has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education from Lindenwood University and taught in the public school system for 9 years.
After the birth of her third child, Teresa changed her career focus and landed in the fitness industry. She holds AFAA certifications in personal training and group exercise as well as certifications for five Les Mills programs and Silver Sneakers. Teresa currently teaches at multiple gyms in the St. Louis Metro area hoping to spread her passion for Health and Wellness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
