Boot Camp Challenge

 

Boot Camp Challenge®

Boot Camp Challenge® (BCC ) incorporates all the tools needed for success; nutritional guidance, beginning and ending assessments, exercise instruction and motivation!

  • In our Boot Camps you will workout in a team environment. You will NEVER train alone,workout alone or sweat alone.
  • You will be given assessments on the first and last day of camp which include body composition and measurements, cardiovascular assessment, muscular endurance and flexibility level assessments.
  • Nutritional Guidance – Our nutritional guideline is overseen by registered nutritionists and dietitians. Our philosophy includes eating healthy, eating smart and paying attention to what and how much you eat.
  • Workouts – Each workout includes a warm up, cardiovascular training, muscular endurance and flexibility training.

The trainers are available outside of class time to answer questions and help support each camper. Workouts are NEVER repeated. Men and women of ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome. Hoo-Aah!

Kids Kamp Challenge® (KKC) is a program created for kids, by kids, and dedicated to the health and fitness of ALL kids. Our program is committed to MOVING the next generation!

Baby Boomer Boot Camp Challenge® (BBBCC) is a wellness program that combines fitness, education and community.

  • Fitness: we want a fitness program specific for your age group. We understand, as we age, it becomes more about wellness instead of vanity. Cholesterol numbers are now more important than the numbers on a scale. The word “functional” takes on a whole new meaning.
  • Education: It is critical to our success that we educate our boomer campers every workout, every session, every camp. We ensure our campers leave our program armed with knowledge and wisdom so they may continue on their wellness journey long after their experiences with Baby Boomer Boot Camp Challenge®.
  • Community: We want to provide a sense of community in our program. We understand the importance of socializing while training our bodies and we encourage it! We know when we feel a part of something bigger than ourselves, we show up. When we show up, we see results. When we see results, we feel successful. When we feel successful, we tell the world about change.

 

Break Through Challenge

Break Through Challenge

BTC is a small group, life coaching program designed to touch your soul. Throughout your BTC journey, you will break through change in one or more areas of your life to become your best you, discovering your vision and what truly makes you happy.

Program Structure:

BTC meets one time per week
Each session meets for approximately 6 – 7 weeks
Each class meets for 75-90 minutes
Each class will be led by a Master Coach and Certified Life Coach

By the end of your BTC journey you will have:

• Identified your vision, dreams and goals
• Identified how your strengths relate to your vision, dreams and goals
• Learned how to break through obstacles
• Learned how to celebrate your milestones toward your dreams
• Learned how to decrease stress
• Learned how to increase happiness

Master Coach, Melissa Baumgartner:

• Will teach you the science behind change
• Will explain what it means to be “healthy.”
• Will provide examples of how change and health will affect you

Your Certified Life Coach will help you:

• Discover your vision
• Identify goals
• Identify obstacles
• Work through obstacles
• Move through the process of change
