Boot Camp Challenge® Trainer
Married almost 30 years, 5 children (all homeschooled!) , a son-in-law, and one grandson, keeps life busy but I still have to MAKE time to take care of myself. My love for movement began when I played tennis in high school and college. After graduating with a degree in Industrial Technology and Graphic Arts, I fell in love with teaching step, aerobic and spin classes. (Yep, I’m an OG). I was truly hooked on being a fitness motivator/coach. Since then, I've been certified in Kickboxing, Core Strength and Balance, Zumba, Personal Training, Group Power (Mossa), Pound, Group Fitness, Matrix Cycling, Step Aerobics, Basic Boot Camp. and now Boot Camp Challenge® (BCC).As much as I love working out - Coaching others is still my all time favorite thing to do. There is nothing like watching the joy and excitement on the face of someone accomplishing something they never thought they could do. There is nothing like seeing hearts and lives change. As a coach, my role is not just to train my people to do the exercise, but to create in them a desire to want to continue and educate themselves so that at some point they will no longer need me, and they will perhaps even go on to become coaches themselves!
I am super excited to be part of the BCC team!!
