Carly Lyle is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Trainer for Boot Camp Challenge BOCO in Daleville, VA.

She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at Radford University. She began exercising for the very first time in 2012 with Boot Camp Challenge and was so impressed with the program, she earned her certification as a Boot Camp Challenge trainer in 2014. Carly has a passion for helping others work toward healthier minds and bodies.
