Boot Camp Challenge gives me the energy to face the day and my two year old son! I love that my jeans from three years ago (pre-baby) fit me after five weeks of the program! After every session, I feel like I’ve really worked hard and done the best I could. I just love it. It's addicting. It is truly modified for everybody at every level. All you need to do is show up and your trainer will get you charged to do the rest. Jen shows me that it's hard and but that I can do it!- Dawn

I always thought fitness bootcamps are for others and not for me. I felt I am not cut out to do weights or strength training and if i need to exercise,and I can always do it myself. But in bootcamp with Kim, I felt energized, rejuvenated- I came alive. I feel more active and healthy.

With Bootcamp Challenge, I found that I do not have to lift heavy weights to be effective at strength training. It's very motivating to do these workouts as a team. Even though the exercises are catered to my needs, the course stretches me even more. If I were alone I would give up easily. But Kim and the team encouraged me to go the extra mile.

I aspire to lead a healthier and balanced life. My goal is to get fit, stay healthy and enjoy my life. I am willing to take 3 hours every week to make sure I am able enjoy my life while working hard at the same time.

From the first class, I learned immediately that Boot Camp Challenge was unique- it is designed for ALL fitness levels with the goal to show overall fitness and health RESULTS. My latest physical had shown that my blood pressure was 140/90. Within only THREE weeks of attending BCC, my blood pressure dropped to a normal level of 120/80. BCC taught me how to improve my fitness AND the importance of a good diet as food journals were assessed. Workouts were always fun and enjoyable. I started the Boot Camp Challenge with Kim Howard in June 2011 with the goal of losing weight, toning up, and improving my cardio-vascular performance. It was a six week camp that was challenging yet very fun. Kim has the great ability of tailoring the workout to the individual. She would provide three alternatives to each exercise for beginners or more advanced.

I really enjoyed how Kim mixed it up. Each workout was different and challenging. Some days we focused more on cardio and stretching. Other days, we would focus more on strength training and endurance. Overall, it was a great workout and very fun. I would highly recommend Kim to all of my patients regardless of fitness level. I really liked the fact that Kim took measurements before and after the program to document the results I was achieving.

Kim’s Boot Camp Challenge is an excellent program for anyone interested in getting more fit and improving their overall health and wellness.

As a participant in Boot Camp Challenge Creve Coeur, Our workouts begin at 6:00 a.m. and Kim is always there with a smile ready to motivate us. Kim is a professional fitness trainer who shares her many years of experience to help us become and stay fit and healthy.

I really liked that she shared her knowledge about healthy eating and talked to you about your goals and how to obtain them. I am 48 and have seen my strength and endurance increase significantly since I have started the program. I have participated in other boot camps and fitness classes and Kim’s Boot Camp Challenge is by far the best overall program for several reasons: She shows us how to make the workouts challenging for beginner as well as the more experienced participants. She demonstrates the exercises and watches your form to make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.

Although it may be hard to get out of bed sometimes, I am always thankful I did. What a great way to start the day!

Kim Howard has been my personal trainer for over 7 months now. During that time I have totally changed my approach to my exercise routines and diet.
