Proof Positive: Exercise is THE Miracle DrugSeptember 19, 2017
Why Leaky Gut is More Serious Than You KnowOctober 17, 2017
Hi to all you beautiful people! I hope you are having a most amazing day!
And, I hope you got your learning ears on cuz I am bringing some nutrition truth bombs your way!
I invited Sarah Weitz, MS, RD, Michigan State professor and BCC nutritionist to join me on a podcast. And, I asked her to answer all YOUR questions about sugar. And, she said yes. And, we talked over two hours! (Don’t worry; I broke it into two podcasts!)
And, not only did she answer all your questions, she broke down the science of sugar, told us why drinking diet soda will NOT kill you, and my LEAST favorite, how my favorite champs (champagne) is bad for my bones! (Not even gonna lie, this really bummed me out!)
But the good news: sugar does NOT make you fat. And it is not evil. And, your body actually uses it for fuel!
So, grab a coffee or wine (and, yes, I'll still drink champs cuz Sarah said everything in moderation :)), get your laundry going, or push play when you get in your car. Then, come join me and Sarah for some nutrition talk on this tenth episode of our BCC podcast.
And, if you can, stayed tuned to the end for my favorite line:
”You are judging the sugar by the company it keeps.”
As always, I feel blessed you are listening. Thank you for your time. I understand how important it is, and I will always try my best to provide you with the greatest information and content on the planet.
And, if you have topics you would like me to cover or questions I can answer, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
And then, once you finish listening, would you take a second to subscribe to our podcast? It takes just a few seconds and will guarantee you don't miss out on upcoming episodes! Click here to subscribe!
Love you much,
If you found this to be helpful, we would love it if you would share it with your friends.
Now get out there, and keep going for your goals one step at a time. Invest in yourself!
