Boot Camp Challenge Manhattan is a 6-week group personal training exercise program directed by one of our highly qualified fitness professionals. Our program is a Total Body Workout geared for EVERY Fitness Level from beginner to advanced. So anyone can participate and feel comfortable!

Your program will consist of monitored fitness assessments, cardio conditioning, muscular conditioning, flexibility and nutrition guidance. Each session is an hour long and completely different to give you constant variety and the total body workout you desire.

The muscular conditioning involves muscular endurance training, which works individual or groups of muscles against gravity to the point of fatigue using your own body weight such as squats, push-ups, planks, dips, lunges, etc. It also involves resistance/weight training with bands, stability balls, medicine balls, body bar and maybe even some light kettle bell exercises. However, each exercise has three levels for the beginner, intermediate and advanced person and we (the trainers) will determine that.

We’ll be here to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun and challenging setting.
