Granny’s Launching Boot Camp for the 1st Time in Michigan!!
Wow! Crazy you might think!! But it’s true!! Yes, I’m a “Granny” and I’m launching Boot Camp Challenge in Clarkston!! BCC is a six week group personal training TOTAL BODY exercise program designed to show you proven results and Im so excicted to be launching this program for the 1ST TIME IN MICHIGAN! 
Here’s a little bit of background on me… Yes, I am a grandma, and have five fantastic sons, one great boxer (the only girl besides me) and two personal training and cycling certificates. I also own a non-medical homecare agency (ComForcare Home Care) that I operate with my wonderful husband of twenty five years. Now, I know that’s a lot to handle, but I love to keep a busy lifestyle!
I have always been athletic and physically active throughout my entire life. I have been playing competive tennis since 1995 and enjoy running, yoga, golf, skiing and swimming. Since health, fitness and wellbeing have always been a passion for me, I decided to take control of my destiny. I made some changes in my physical activity and eating habits and as a result of working out and watching what I ate I was able to lose 20 pounds!
Because of my own goals and success, and wanting to pay it forward to others, in 2004, I became certified as a personal trainer and started helping others find ways to succeed by attaining their goals. I have worked in several facilities across Oakland County and have been helping men, women and children acheive health and fitness success! Now 8 years later I found an excellent way to help more people gain success in a fun and productive way! It’s called BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE!

What will Boot Camp Challenge do for you? Your program will consist of monitored fitness assessments, cardio and muscular conditioning, flexibility and nutrition guidance. Each session is an hour long and completely different to give you constant variety and the total body work out that you desire! The camps are designed for everyone and are adjusted for all fitness levels. It will give you energy and build your confidence, improve your muscular endurance and core strength, reduce stress, fatigue and body fat and so much more! You can even look forward to fun homework assignments and a recipe of the week!
