Well then come try Boot Camp Challenge. When you start your program, you'll be with a group of others in a fun and motivating setting. We start together and we end together, so you'll see familiar faces at every session, and you'll see measurable results in your end-of-session progress reports.

Boot Camp Challenge is a group personal training exercise program directed by one of our amazing and qualified fitness professionals. Our program is geared for EVERY fitness level. We'll be here to help you reach your fitness goals in a fun and challenging setting. With a 100% success rate, you can be sure you'll get results.

Our classes consist of an assessment piece, nutrition guidance and (of course) fitness. You'll do everything from playing games to cardio & strength drills & get a full body work out every class. You'll get a unique, results-oriented work out every single class & can expect to burn between 500 - 800 calories in your 60 minute workout class.

Each class is different and geared for you to see results. Because you are working with your trainer for the full 6 weeks, they get to know you. You are not just another "drop-in" face in the crowd. If you have previous injuries, no problem, they will work with you to modify the exercises to meet your needs. Every single class has modifications for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced campers, so you don't have to worry about not keeping up, or if you're already in great shape, about not getting a good work out.
