Deena Sneed is a Boot Camp Challenge Instructor, a certified Group Fitness Instructor, a certified Kettlebell AMPD Instructor, and a licensed Zumba Instructor with Specialty licensing in Zumba Gold and Zumba Toning.

It is Deena's desire to help her clients achieve their fitness goals, no matter their fitness level (beginner to expert). She strongly believes that nothing is impossible for anyone who believes that they can achieve whatever their heart desires.
