Breakfast Cupcake

What's for breakfast?!

We have a new favorite breakfast recipe.

It's fast, healthy, and will help you get in your veggie servings!

AND, it's under 50 calories!

AND it’s yummy.

It’s called the breakfast cupcake.

So take a look at the recipe, and then go make yourself some breakfast! You're welcome!

Here are all the details:

Breakfast Cupcakes


2 Cups Spinach
1 Roma Tomatos
2 Cups Egg Whites
Salt (to taste)
1/2 Tsp Pepper


Preheat your oven to 350˚F/180˚C.

Lightly Grease a muffin tin.

Add Ingredients equally into the individual muffin tins. Place the spinach in the bottom of the cup, followed by the roma tomato. Then pour egg whites over the top. Finally, dash some salt and pepper on for taste.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the eggs have set.

Serve and Enjoy!
