My name is Deena Sneed and I am a Boot Camp Challenge Instructor, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a Certified Kettlebell AMPD Instructor and a licensed ZUMBA Instructor with Specialty licensing in ZUMBA Gold and ZUMBA Toning.  It is my desire to help my clients achieve their fitness goals, no matter their fitness level (beginner to expert).  I strongly believe that nothing is impossible for anyone who believes that they can achieve what their heart desires.   You may need support and help to get there, and that is why I am here.   Hard work, perseverance and determination will need to be used to reach the goals that you set for yourself.  "Never say Never" is my motto.   My ultimate goal as both a Boot Camp Challenge Instructor and a Fitness Instructor is to provide quality workouts and unconditional support to help my clients reach the goals that they have set for themselves.  3DK Fitness will provide the tools and know how needed for each client, so that they can make a life style change and live a healthier and fit life.

Boot Camp Challenge from VicteliB hosted by 3DK Fitness - Deena Sneed in the Florissant, MO area will kick-off  a new  6 week Bootcamp  session which will begin on August 28, 2017.

We will be meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday  morning.  The class will begin at 5:30 am sharp and we will end at 6:30 am. 

This will be a SIX WEEK session.  

The program will kick off  Day 1 with assessments, to establish your personal level of fitness and a starting point on this fitness journey.
Day 2 you will we review the nutritional part of the program and learn the nutritional needs of your body so that you can meet your goals and then the journey will begin.
